My condolences to all the family members. I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your dad. Marlyn was a special man in my heart and I am blessed to have known him. He once showed me all the plaques and awards he's received, and told me many stories about who they came from, what they were for, and how he stayed so humble is a lesson learned. I had no idea what a great man he was to the farming community until that day. He always answered all my silly questions with patience, and I always felt welcome there. I met a few members of his family, and I know that you all loved him with every bit of your hearts and souls and you will miss him terribly. You all have his lessons learned though in his love of sharing his knowledge.

He was a special person , that was always up to the challenge . He loved farming, and gave farmer a new meaning to me. I loved his childish ways of trying to beat the gate at the toll bridge. I named him the Kernal , The Kernal of Corn as it was, and when he got his laptop I called him The Farmer and the Dell. We loved to poke fun at each other , He Will Be Missed..
