Sorry for your loss. The loss of a dear loved one, is difficult on the family. A time when comfort is needed. May you all find comfort through prayer, to "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials". (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).

Wayne, Tim, Dan & the family.....sincere condolences from Ingrid & I. Marion was so much a part of my life growing up in our close Lake Ariel and school community. So many wonderful years and memories of Marion & my Mom, Anne, in the old LCS music room and at the many band & chorus rehearsals & recitals over our school years and into our adult lives. I can still see Marion sitting at the piano peering over her glasses at all her minions. I think that band & chorus inside the Pearly Gates just got a bit better. God bless your family and give you comfort and strength.

I am very sorry for your loss, Wayne and family! Marion was a one in a million friend and person. I got to know her at St. Thomas More Church in the choir and when she played the organ there. She was a great baker and always a cheerful person. I will miss her!

The Class of 1963 of Lake Consolidate School, would like to express our sympathy to Wayne, Tim, Dan and Families. Marion was a wonderful teacher, mentor and friend to so many of the students and graduates over her 40 years as a music teacher. We were so fortunate to have her as our guest for our 50th Class reunion in 2013. We all loved her and will miss her as well will her family. Rest in Peace Mrs. Edwards, and we know you will be in the choir of Heavenly Angels.

On behalf of the Class of 1963 I would like to extend our condolences to Wayne, Tim and Dan and families. I personally had Marion almost all of my 12 years at LCS, as did a lot of my classmates. She was a wonderful teacher and never made you feel you couldn't do what you set out to do. We have all lost a wonderful teacher and friend. May she rest in peace and join the angels in their heavenly choir. You will be deeply missed.

At this time may I on behalf of the class of 1965 express our sadness over the loss of your wife & mom. Mrs. Edwards as we all knew her was a teacher to us who taught us to learn, understand, laugh & become young adults after graduation from LCS something we carried with us yet today. We will never forget her love of music & for the people she knew. I was blessed to have many conversations with Mrs. Edwards at our church when she was there to lend a hand at playing our organ for church services or for funeral services. I will never forget her generous smile. Mrs. Edwards was like a mom to us all during our years at LCS. God bless you Mrs. Edwards.
