Rest in peace Aunt Laverne. I'll always remember visiting as a child and how she used to love my thick hair (at the time!). Her hearty laugh was always contagious. Wish we could be there in person to express our condolences, but we are travelling overseas. Love, Your nephew Ricky Jr.

LaVerne was a wonderful woman whom I have known since I was growing up. She always welcomed me into her home and made me feel like part of her family. I loved spending time with you and your family. I know that you have left all the pain of aging and are now flying with the angels in heaven.
