Obituaries » Douglas Chapman September 29, 1943 - February 6, 2024 Funeral Home James Wilson Funeral Home Cemetery Fairview Memorial Park Church Canaan Bible Chapel Cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory in the James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 17th at 11:00am in Cannan Bible Chapel, 30 Hemlock Rd. Lake Ariel. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until the time of service. Interment will be private at Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial contributions in Doug’s honor be made to Canaan Christian Academy, 30 Hemlock Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa 18436

So sad to hear of Doug's passing. He was my up the hill neighbor when we both lived in Gravity for many years. Doug was soft spoken & polite any time I would see him at Shaffer's Hardware.
