His wife of 49 years is the former Lorraine Jackson. Born in 1953 in Scranton, he was the son of the late Ronald Berger, Sr and Annabelle Black Berger Comstock. A man of many talents, David was self-employed in construction. He deeply loved and cherished his family and his Savior. Also surviving are his children Holly Laury; Mandy Sverduk; Suzanne DeLorenzo and her husband Jason; Allan Berger and his wife Amanda Kay; Grace Berger and her fiance Miguel Agudo; sons-in-law Bill Laury; Aaron Sverduk; Ben Sverduk; siblings Dee Brown and her husband Ronald; Ron Berger and his wife Shirley; Debbie Goodale and her husband Stephen; Wayne Berger and his wife Fluff; Arnie Berger and his wife Yvonne; multiple loved in-laws; his beloved grandchildren Amanda, Ethan, JP and Ruby Laury; Carainda and Boo Sverduk; Jason Jr, Kyle and Christine DeLorenzo; Crystal, David and Emily Berger; Roselie and Guelo Agudo Berger; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and countless brothers and sisters in Christ.
