Collins Theobald April 20, 1960 - August 15, 2015 Burial Date August 20, 2015 Church St. Thomas More Cathy’s family invites you to celebrate her life at a mass in her honor on August 20th, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, 105 Gravity Road, Lake Ariel. The family will receive friends and family from 9:30am until time of Mass and directly following the Mass in the parish center at St. Thomas More Church for a time of refreshment and fellowship in a continuation of the celebration of Cathy’s life. Her family asks that you wear yellow in her honor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Catherine Collins memorial scholarship at the Honesdale National Bank. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
