Helen, what a dear cousin we had in Rex, sending love and prayers to you and your family. May you find comfort in the memories. My favorite memories are when Rex would come to the Harford Fair he ALWAYS had to find us at the EMS/FIRE building for a Hug and Visit! Love you!
