Private cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory in the James Wilson Funeral Home.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 23rd at 11:00am in Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 367 US Route 9, Waretown, NJ 08758. Those planning to attend the Mass are asked to dress casually.

Arrangements have been entrusted to and are under the care and direction of James Wilson Fueral Home, Lake Ariel.

Libby M. Dimmick, 78, of The Hideout, Lake Ariel, passed away Sunday, August 6th at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale with her family by her side. Her loving husband of 54 years is William Dimmick.

Born November 19,1944 in East Orange, NJ, she was the daughter of the late James and Lucretia Sciarra – Albanese. She was a graduate of East Orange High School and Essex County School of Business. Prior to retirement, she was a Secretary at Freehold Regional High School District, Englishtown, NJ. She loved to read, play golf, cards with her friends, dance, and spend time with her grandkids.

Also surviving are her daughter Aileen Wenger and her husband Christopher of Bayville, NJ; sons Christopher Dimmick and his wife Megan of Manahawkin, NJ, and Matthew Dimmick and his wife Heather of Manahawkin, NJ; grandchildren Connor, Caiden, Cailyn, Delaney, Shannon, Jack, James, and Andrew; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother James Albanese.
