Kathy Park, Jefferson Twp., passed away early Sunday morning in the Hospice of the Sacred Heart Inpatient.  She was the widow of Jamie F. Park who passed away in 2018.  At the time of his passing the couple had been married for 28 years.

Born May 1, 1955 in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Kathryn Rosengrant Harris.  Kathy was educated at the Lake Consolidated School and was a member of the first graduating class of the Western Wayne High School.  She was a lifelong member of the Cortez United Methodist Church.  She loved her fur babies Marley, Gracie and Chase with all of her heart.

Also surviving are her beloved sisters Darlene Krukowski and husband John of Jefferson Twp and Judy Harris of Lake Ariel; stepsons Kevin Park and wife Becca of Waymart and Ryan Park and wife Regan of Mt. Joy, PA; grandchildren Hannah, Jenna, Jordynne, Zach, Brody and Brynn; sister-in-law Glena Zinobile and husband Michael of Mapleton Depot, PA; many loving and dedicated nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her sister JoAnn Gumble and husband William;  nephews James and Joseph Walsh; great nieces and nephews Christopher Keating and Kayla Tuite.

As per Kathy’s wishes, services are private and at the convenience of the family.
