Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10am in St. Thomas More Church 105 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel by Rev. Stephen Stavoy, pastor.

Friends may call Tuesday from 9am until time of Mass in the church.

Interment with Military Honors in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to and are under the care and direction of the James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel.

Jude D’Aloisio

Jude D’Aloisio of the Hideout, Lake Ariel died Thursday afternoon at Regional Hospital of Scranton following an illness. His wife of 55 years is the former Joan Bazinet.

Born in Paterson, NJ, son of the late Nicola and Concetta D’Aloisio, he was a parishioner of Thomas More Church.   Prior to retirement he had worked at BASF for 40years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955-1958.

He was a loving father to a son Mitchell D’Aloisio and his wife Rosanne; devoted grandfather to Anthony, Nicole, and Brianna all of Wayne, NJ;   a sister Ann D’Aloisio of Wayne, NJ and Helen Lillo of Ocean Beach, NJ; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother Peter D’Aloisio.
