Obituaries » Jerry Kostyshyn November 23, 1940 - December 26, 2018 Burial Date December 31, 2018 Church St. Marys Church, Ledgedale Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10am in St. Mary’s Church 334 St. Mary’s Church Road, Lake Ariel by Rev. Stephen Stavoy, pastor. All attending the funeral are invited to go directly to the church. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5pm in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel. Cremation will follow services in the Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
