Romanowski, 64 of Lake Ariel, died Monday at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton. His loving wife of 45 years is the former Susan Sebring. Born May 11, 1956 in Scranton, he was the son of the late John G. Romanowski and Jean Cook Turner. He was a graduate of Western Wayne High School Class of 1974. He was the owner of American Refrigeration Technologies for 15 years and was currently employed by Knuth Refrigeration. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. He was always working on a project around the house and could fix anything. He cherished the time he spent with his granddaughter Everly James. In addition to his wife Susan he is also survived by his daughter Trish Zimmerman, son in law Matthew Zimmerman and their daughter Everly James of Scott Township; sister Mary Krisovitch and brother in law Joseph Krisovitch of Lake Ariel; his devoted dog Mazi; and many other family and friends.
