My deep condolences. I knew her from the Newfoundland Hotel and she was always so kind and very pleasant to see whenever my family and I would dine there. I am making this post private because I was late to hear about her passing and for that I am sorry. She will be missed. She really was a delightful person and her smile and friendliness made our visits to the Hotel very welcoming. Very sorry to hear of her passing.

Elaine was the first "local" person I met when I moved here, and her warmth, kindness and humor made me feel that everything would be OK. I've never forgotten that generosity and I hope her family finds peace and comfort in knowing that many people loved, and will miss her. Hang in there Jimmy.
