Patrick J. Nolan, 58, of Honesdale, died Monday morning at his home. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, the former Robin Avery.
Born in 1960, son of the late William E. and Rosemary E. Spencer Nolan. He was a graduate of Western Wayne High School class of 1978.
Pat was well known in the community as a personable businessman and owner of Nolan’s Auto Body. Working on cars was more than just a job for Pat. He spent much of his free time collecting and restoring antique cars and attending car shows.
Pat was always quick with a joke, and was never too busy to stop and chat with friends or help them with an odd job. His generosity and love for his family knew no bounds. Pat was greatly loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Also surviving are daughters Amber Duff and her husband Brian of Pittsburgh, PA, Abriana Nolan of Philadelphia, PA, Payton Nolan, and Kendra Nolan both at home; a son Patrick Nolan at home; sisters Kathleen Conway and her husband, The Honorable Robert Conway of Lake Ariel, and Rosemary Burchard and her husband Brad of Scottsdale, AZ; a brother William Nolan and his wife Alice of Lake Worth, FL; a brother-in-law Dan McClure of South Canaan; grandchildren Natalie, Cora, and Theo Duff of Pittsburgh, PA; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother Michael Nolan, sister Mary McClure, and nephew Ryan Nolan.
Friends may call Friday, January 4th from 4 – 7pm at the Calkins Baptist Church, 527 Calkins Rd. Milanville, PA.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated Saturday, January 5th at 11am at the Calkins Baptist Church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to and under the direction of James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel. Cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
