Vicki Kaminski, Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, formerly of Garfield, New Jersey died Sunday afternoon in the Geisinger Community Medical Center after a long illness. She was the wife of Bob Kaminski. Born 1971 in Garfield, New Jersey she was the daughter of the late James and Caroline Popewczak Smith. Vicki was a graduate of Garfield High School, Edward William College and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson College. She also received extensive EMT training. Vicki was also a licensed physical therapist. She had been a member at the Garfield Volunteer Ambulance Company and employed for 21 years at the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center as a patient care technician. She was a member of the Ledgedale Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and the New Jersey Metro Fire Photography Assoc . She was of the Episcopal faith. Also surviving are two sons Bobby and James, both at home; her aunt and uncle Fran and Chris Biviano; mother in law Rosemary Kaminski; a sister in law Gayle Pizzani; countless family friends.
