Maplewood. Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Yvonne L. Berger, Lake Ariel, died Tuesday night in the hospice unit at Mercy Fitgerald Hospital, Darby, PA. Her husband of 60 years is Paul H. Berger. Born March 5, 1938 in Maplewood, she was the daughter of the late Carl B., Sr and Leila Black McCane. She was a graduate of the Lake Consolidated School. Upon her graduation, she was married and thereafter dedicated herself to caring for her family. She was of the Protestant faith. Also surviving are her children Paul, Jr and his wife Angela, Virginia Swisher and Daniel Berger and his wife Wendy all of Lake Ariel; grandchildren Donald, Daniel, Dawnelle, Andrew, Matthew, James and Rachel; nine great grandchildren; niece; nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Carl McCane, Jr. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2pm in the Maplewood Evangelical Cemetery, Lake Henry Rd. Maplewood.
