Private Inurnment, Lakeville Cemetery, Lakeville. Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Walter E. Johnson, 80 of Paupackan Lake, passed away Wednesday, July 27 following an illness. His loving wife of 41 years is the former Angelika Stickdorn. Born in Hoboken, NJ, he was the son of the late Romaine Micca. He earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology from St. John’s University. After retiring from the New York City Police Department as a Detective, he went on to be an Executive Security Office on Wall Street. He was a member of the St. Thomas More / St. Mary’s Parish Community and a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed reading, gardening, washing his car, watching politics all day, and enjoy simply enjoying the view of the lake. Also surviving are his daughter Connie Fondaco and her husband Mike of NJ; a son Edward Johnson of NY; a sister Louise Teresi of NJ; grandchildren Nick, Jake, Zoe, and Ivy. Cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel. Private Inurnment, Lakeville Cemetery, Lakeville. Arrangements have been entrusted to and are under the care and direction of James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel.
