Victor Jones Jr., 60, of Scranton, passed away Monday at Regional Hospital in Scranton. He was the husband of Beth Ann D’alessandro and the father of six children.
Born in Honesdale, He was the son of the late Victor Jones Sr and Joan Shea. He attended North Pocono High School and was a proud Army veteran.
Prior to his illness he was employed by Edwards Quarry in Sterling. He was a member of the Polish Falcons in Duryea.
Victor enjoyed riding his motorcycle with any chance he got and attending bike nights, charity runs, long rides to the Hawks Nest, Gettysburg, Daytona Bike week and many more.
He always loved camping, hunting, fishing and attending yard sales and car shows with his family and friends. He was always willing to help anyone in a time of need and would give the shirt off his back.
Surviving is one daughter Sabrina D’Alessandro; five sons David Martoccio; Matthew D’Alessandro, Jamie D’Alessandro; Brandon D’Alessandro, and Adam D’Alessandro. Seven beautiful grandchildren; His one brother Bobby Kizer and his two sisters Cindy Castelgrande and Jane Jones.
He was preceded in death by his father Victor Jones Sr; his mother Shea Jones; and his sister Judy Fassett.
The viewing will be held on Friday the 13th from 4pm to 7pm at the James Wilson Funeral Home,
143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel pa. Friends and Family are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
