Timothy E. Gillow, Hamlin, died early Tuesday morning at home after battling heart disease.  His wife is the former Regina Madden.  The couple would have been married 32 years on July 5th.

Born 1961 in Scranton, he was the son of Daniel and JoAnne Reed Gillow of Lake Ariel.  He was a 1979 graduate of Western Wayne High School and attended DeVry University.   Tim was an Electronics Technician who had worked for Maple City Amusements, the AT&T Satellite Center in Hawley, the Tobyhanna Army Depot and most recently for Assurant Solutions in York, PA.   His love of electronics always kept him tinkering and right up until the time of his passing he was learning the craft of 3D printing.  He was a member of the METRA Rocket Club and the Gospel Puppeteers.   He was also a HAMM Radio enthusiast, but his most cherished hobby was model railroading which he learned to love at an early age from his grandfather Eugene Reed.

Also surviving are a son Nathan Gillow and his wife Jacki of Duncan, South Carolina; a daughter Deborah Spiron and her husband John of Norfolk, Virginia; a sister Tammy Bartlett and her husband Elwood “Skip”, Jr.;  his beloved grandchildren Brayden, Alex and Andrew Spiron; his father in law Clare Madden; brothers and sisters in law;  nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother in law Virginia Madden and his niece Amber Madden.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11am in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel with Rev. Daniel Henwood, pastor of Canaan Bible Chapel officiating.
