Upon hearing my Uncle Tommy had passed, I couldn’t help but think that Heaven has gained another bright angel. What a kind and gentle soul he was and my thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. I will always think of Uncle Tommy when a plane flies overhead, as my fondest memories were him pointing to them and telling us all about them. May he Rest In Peace and be forever in our hearts. -Nick and the girls

My condolences go out to the family during this time. This man was a beautiful example of a father and husband. During my sister’s time of need, he selflessly assisted her in her care and did so with such an admirable sense of compassion. Words can not describe his devotion to my sister and to his daughter, leaving an unforgettable exemplary impression during his time on this earth. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and may his kind soul Rest In Peace.

Chris and Mike, The thing I remember the most about Uncle Tommy was his love of airplanes. When he and Aunt Peggy would come down to visit my mom and dad in NJ, he would sit in the front yard with binoculars to watch all the planes flying in and out of Newark and NYC. He always knew what kind they were, and wondered where they were going to or coming from. I also remember my first baseball glove, a used first baseman's mitt, that Uncle Tommy got me when I was in grade school because I didn't have one yet. I used it all the way up through high school. I also always enjoyed his stories about what NE PA was like when he was growing up. He was like a walking history book. We will miss his smile and sense of humor, and I know you will miss him terribly. But now, he gets to look down and see all those planes from above. Love, Billy

I'm so sad to know that Uncle Tom has passed. I always smile when I think of him. Today I'm smiling through a few tears. Some of my best memories are the times spent at your home as a child. Breakfast was always the best meal of the day because Uncle Tom would get up early to make it. I still talk about waking up to the smell of bacon cooking. And, the French toast was always a treat. My heart hurts for you both, Chris & Mike. Take comfort in knowing that he loved you and loved being with you. You took him on adventures he would never have gotten to do if it weren't for you both. Sending you love and wishing I could give you both a hug. I hope he's dancing a Polka somewhere right now.

Dear Chris and Mike, Although I am sorry to see Tom go, I sure he is happy to be reunited with your Mom. You took care of him like no one else could. It was wonderful to get to know you all. We had a lot of laughs through the years. Tom was always a pleasure to see and was easy to be with. He always had a smile on his face. He will be missed. - Stacy

Chris, I just found out today that your dad passed. He was always a bright spot in my day whenever he was a patient! I’ll miss him saying, “You’re a beautiful girl, are you married?” and “I’m hungry!” I’m so sorry for your loss.

Chris, Mike and family, it was truly an honor to get to know your dad. He always had a warm smile and a compliment every time I saw him. May the memories of him bring comfort to you. We will miss him. May he rest in peace.
