Thomas Parry, Hollisterville, died Friday morning in the Commonwealth Hospice Inpatient Unit at the Regional Hospital of Scranton after an illness.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late William H. and Elsie Mead Parry. He was a graduate of  Scranton Technical High School and was a member of the Hollisterville Bible Church. Prior to his illness, Tom was employed as a technician at Schott North America. He was a United States Navy veteran.

Surviving are a sister Kathleen Ferguson and her husband William of New Jersey; brothers Randall and his wife Maureen of Hollisterville, Lynn and his wife Lisa of Madisonville, Dale and his wife Melinda of Gouldsboro, Luke and his wife Morag of Bangor and Mark of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10am in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel officiated by Rev. Rand Kizer.

Friends may call Monday from 4-7pm.

Interment, Madisonville Union Cemetery.
