I am so sorry for your loss Thom. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Words are so difficult to come by as we grieve the loss of your father, grand father and my cousin. Growing up, we were like brothers with our younger "sister" cousin Susan. It was our family. Tom and I spent summers together and shared so many memories with our uncle Frank and our families. Summer vacations, trips to the swimming hole in Lykins and our trips to Yankee games with Tom and his Dad. A thrill I loved being a Yankee fan. The courage and strength he displayed while fighting to stay alive for his family and to be able to watch his grandkids. All of you have so many great memories of your Dad. That's all we can reflect on. I will miss our weekly phone conversations where we solved the worlds problems! He was a true original, always the life of the party. His visits to Paxtang to visit us for the summer made him an instant "hero" among my friends. He was able go get served beer at age 14- I think his beard was as thick as a 25 year old, and of course all my friends loved him for that. So many fun times.. Carry on the McHugh name- it's special (and I know there is a little Surace blood in there too). He will be in my heart forever. May he Rest In Peace.
