Sylvia M. Agostini, 80, passed away peacefully Sunday morning at her home in Lake Ariel. She was married to her  loving husband, Victor Agostini for 60 years.

Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late David and Ursula Gonzalez – Rodriguez. Prior to retirement, she was the bookkeeper for Foote, Cone & Belding.

Sylvia was feisty with a heart of gold. She loved to watch baseball, work on her Word Search pages, sang in the Choir, listen to music-Celine Dion was one of her favorites, and was well known for her cooking skills!

Also surviving are daughters Sylvia “Lisa” Acosta and her husband Luis of Danbury, Connecticut and Ingrid Dudley and her husband Christopher of Leesburg, Virginia; sister Millie Diaz of Puerto Rico; brother Hector Rodriquez of Texas; grandchildren Corey Acosta, Alexandria Acosta, Kearney Dudley, Gabrielle Dudley, and Manuel Dudley; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister Olga Rodriguez; brothers Fred and Joseph Rodriguez.

A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday July 28th at 11:00am in the James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa. Repast immediately following.

Friends may call on Wednesday July 27th from 4:00 – 7:00pm in the funeral home.

Interment, Friday July 29^th at 11:30am in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa.
