His wife of 39 years is the former Cindy Krombel. Born in Culloden, WV, son of the late Marvin and Sylvia Thomasson, he was a retired independent truck driver. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Also surviving are a daughter Reba Kolbeck and her husband Stephen of Pittston and a son Rusty Ronk and his fiancé Keri Mazzarino of S. Carolina; 3 grandchildren. Cremation took place in the Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel.
