Patrick Andrew Luptak, 17, of Jefferson Twp, died without suffering early Saturday morning.

Born March 21, 2001 in Scranton, he was the son of David and Jacinta Vinhar Luptak of Jefferson Twp. As a member of North Pocono High School Class of 2019 where he was an academic powerhouse. He was an aspiring chemist, a member of the Future Business leaders of America, and a member of the Junior Academy of Science. He was also a member of the North Pocono Lacrosse, Cross Country, and Track & Field Teams.

He was someone who achieved whatever he set his mind to. His passion for music, video games, science, athletics, and people led him to create friendships with others from all walks of life. He loved and cared for everyone he met, and his love was returned whole heartedly. Patrick was nothing short of a shining role model for all who knew him. His cheerful nature will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Also surviving are his sister Felicia Luptak of Dunmore; brothers David Luptak and his wife Roohee Peerzada of Trenton, NJ, Teodoro Vinhar of Willow Grove, and Robert Vinhar of Dunmore; half sisters Tabitha Luptak of Philadelphia and Tiffani Luptak of Delaware; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa.

Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Cremation to follow in the Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to donors favorite charity.
