Lake Ariel, Pa. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, April 15th at 11:00am in the Salem Community Church, 613 Hamlin Hwy. Hamlin, Pa with services by Rev. Jane McCarthy, Pastor of Congregational Care. Interment, Salem Cemetery, Hamlin. Mrs Caruth was a loving and wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a selfless and gracious individual who cherished her children and grandchildren. She devoted herself to her wonderful family but also to her community and church as well. Her selfless devotion to her family and to her community will be her legacy and something we all should aspire to as we live our lives. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Caruth family.

Very sad to read of Pat's passing. She was such a kind lady/nurse/friend who adored her loving family. Our sympathy to Albert and family. Rest easy, Pat.
