Nancy Ann Kemnitz (Wagner) passed away peacefully at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center on August 30Th, 2024. She was 89 at the time of her death.

She was born on February 16th, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio to Harry and Alice Wagner. She graduated from East High school in 1953. Following high school, she landed a dream job working for TWA Airlines as a flight attendant. During those years she was able to travel the world and meet her future husband Daniel Howard Kemnitz, who was also a TWA employee.

They settled in Norwalk, Connecticut.; then later moved to Ridgefield Connecticut. There she worked for many years driving a school van for the Ridgefield School District; where she grew close to many of the students she drove, and their parents.

She enjoyed board games, playing cards, particularly pinochle; and enjoyed bowling in multiple women’s leagues.

She is survived by her son Jonathan Kemnitz, her daughter-in-law Jackie, and her granddaughter Madison. She is also survived by multiple siblings; Debbie, Darlene, Douglas, Darryl, and Deelunn; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Howard Kemnitz, who passed away in 2014.

Before her death she accepted her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; she is now living in glory with him for all eternity.

A special thank you to all the hardworking staff at Ellen Memorial who tirelessly took care of Nancy for many years.
