Laurice A. Chapman, 86, of Lake Ariel, passed away Thursday, December 23 at home.

Born in Lake Ariel, he was the son of the late Stewart and Anna Mae Bartlow – Chapman. He was a graduate of the Lake Consolidated School and was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was the owner of Stewart E. Chapman and Sons Construction in Lake Ariel.

He enjoyed maintaining his property and was a loving and devoted son to his mother Anna Mae.

Surviving is his sister Elaine Stevens of Maplewood; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister Arlene Stevens; brothers S. Lee Chapman and Ellston Chapman.

Private cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday December 30th at 7:00 pm in the Faith Baptist Fellowship Church, 1397 Easton Turnpike, Lake Ariel, Pa. officiated by Pastor Bill Schneider.

Friends may call from 6:30 pm until the time of service.

Private Internment, Hollisterville Cemetery, Hollisterville.

Arrangements have been entrusted to and are under the care and direction of James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel.
