To the Wertz family, I send you my sincere condolences on Larry’s passing. I got to know him in the ‘80’s when he was a Network Manager in AT&T’s Network Operations Center at Bedminster. He was instrumental in my group’s being able to deliver to the Federal Government one of our National Security network projects and continued to be invaluable to our Special Projects group subsequently. I considered him not only an excellent co-worker but a good friend in those days. I hope he had an enjoyable retirement. May he rest in peace.
