In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the St Thomas More Church PO Box 188 Lake Ariel, PA 18436 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Joseph Kellner, Lake Ariel, died Saturday in the Regional Hospital after an illness. His wife was the former Rhonda Rosenzweig who died May 2, 2016. The couple had been married 47 years. Born 1945 in Queens, New York, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Maisie Kellner. He was a graduate of the Msgr. McClancy Memorial High School, Queens, New York and went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in Education from Loyola University of Maryland, Baltimore. Upon graduation he went on to have a long a fruitful career in Special Education in Baltimore City. He had a strong and dedicated faith to the Catholic faith and was also a 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus. Surviving are two sons Preston and his wife Brooke of Pleasant Valley, NY and Keith and his wife Willa of Lutherville, MD; a sister Barbara “Bobbie” Salvaggio of Amityville, NY; five grandchildren; a sister in law Cindie Rosenzweig; nieces and nephews.
