Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Joseph E. Samson, Jr. of Lake Ariel died Sunday at Riverside Rehab and Nursing Center following an illness. Born in Allentown, PA, son of the late Joseph E. and Hannah Burdett Samson, he had worked as a contractor. Joey, also known as Happy Jack, liked hunting, fishing and drinking beer. He was a country boy always. He was a skilled carpenter who could build anything. He was a man who would help anyone and no matter how things were, he found a way and pushed through. Surviving are two daughters Megan and her husband Jude Storm and Sandra and her husband Chris Keaton. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Jackie Wagner, Tyler and Nick Bergsma, Tyler and Eve Storm, Makaylah Mithelavage, and Cole, Dane and Ella Keaton and a niece, nephew and several cousins.
