Born in Newton, NJ, son of the late Emmett H. and Laura Robbins Potter, he was self-employed in the construction business. Surviving are three children; his companion Laura J. Hayden of Lake Ariel; a sister Angel Krahe ofreplica watches Erie; a brother Emmett Potter of Dingmans Ferry.
