Dominick A. Antidormi, Hamlin died at the age of 82, Monday night in the Commonwealth Hospice at Regional Hospital of Scranton following an illness. His wife was the late Catherine “Katie” Antidormi.

Born in Jackson Township, Susquehanna County, he was the son of the late Anthony and Agnes Antidormi. He was a member of the St. Thomas More/St. Mary’s Parish Community.

Dom was a jack of all trades. He worked as a labor foreman for a produce farm in N.Y., hauled cars out of Detroit, and then was employed as a steel hauler for City Iron Works which had a big part in the development of 81 N & S, and 84 E & W. He then hauled manufactured homes until her retired from being a truck driver. Dominick then became an owner/operator of Katie’s Restaurant and Deli,which he did with his late wife by his side until their retirement in 2001.

Dom had many hobbies from racing cars, carshows, streetrods, gardening and cooking. He loved to cook for everyone and spend time with his grandchildren

Dominick was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather that will truly be missed.

Surviving are children Dominick J. “Skip” Antidormi and his wife Carla of Hamlin; and daughter Catherine  Romaniello and her husband Paul Jr. of Lake Ariel. 7 brothers, Anthony Jr., John, Ralph, Nicholas, Joseph, Peter, and George Antidormi ; 2 sisters Ellen Savage and Linda Joinville; 7 Grandchildren, Amber, Alicia, Michele, Christel, Adam, Aaron, and Alan; 10 Great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Kami, Abby, Evangeline, Margaret, Cora, Luca, Elijah, Silas, and Gage.

He was preceded in death by sisters Matilda “Tillie” Klim and Genevieve Mecca.

Mass of Christian Burial will be  celebrated Saturday at 10am in St. Thomas More Church, 105 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa 18436.

Friends may call Friday from 4-7pm in James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa 18436.

Interment, St. Mary’s Cementary, Ledgedale.
