Johnson Cole. She was a beautician and owner of B’s Hair House in
New Port Richey, FL. She also was co-owner of the Highland Fling Gift
shop in Cornwall, NY.
once served as the tribal registrar. She cherished time spent with her
children and grandchildren as well as her extended tribal family. Bernice
was a member of the WLE Women’s Club, the WLE High Steppers
Dance Club, The Sunshine Girls and the Singles Club of Wayne County.
She enjoyed time spent with her friends in the WLE Community.
Edward; JoAnne Crisante; Laura Rose and her husband Lee; three
stepsons Nick Morizzo; Christopher Morizzo and Daniel Morizzo;
stepdaughter Angela Szajko. Grandchildren Tara Gentile, whom was
raised as a daughter and her husband Dennis, Shannon Tracy, Kelleigh
Tracy, Devon Weisman, Alex Rose, Rylee Rose, Zach Rose, Ben Rose,
Christine Serviss, Kelly Hoffman, several great grandchildren, and
nieces and nephews.
care by all. A special thank you to Barbara Schlasta, mom’s nurse, for
her compassion and the care she gave mom throughout the entire
journey. Mom loved her and Barbara will always hold a special place in
the hearts of our family.
