His wife is the former Lois J. Shaffer. Born in Lake Ariel, he was the son of the late Theodore and Helen Franc. He was a graduate of the Lake Consolidated School and was employed as a logger. Surviving are his children Kathleen Enslin, Timothy Franc and Cheryl Laskowski; grandchildren; great grandchildren; a sister. He was preceded in death by a grandson Eric Enslin; a son in law John Laskowski; a sister and a brother. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
